  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 piece egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
For Seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper freshly cracked, to taste

How to Make Ricotta Chicken
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Place them in the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, grated parmesan, minced garlic, lemon zest, egg, Italian herbs, and olive oil until well combined.
  4. Spread the ricotta mixture over each chicken breast until evenly coated.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
