How to Make Ricotta Chicken
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Place them in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, grated parmesan, minced garlic, lemon zest, egg, Italian herbs, and olive oil until well combined.
- Spread the ricotta mixture over each chicken breast until evenly coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
